ZJ70 / 4500LDB
ZJ70/4500LDB rig drive the compound box by 3 sets of diesel engines and coupling mechanisms. Chain box is sealing structure which includes 3 engines and 2 pumps 6 axle. Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ shaft is input shaft, Ⅱ、Ⅴshaft is pump shaft, Ⅵ shaft is driven shaft to generator sets, and the eight-row chain is driven chain to the drawworks. The front open mast and the helicospiral substructure are raised and dropped by drawworks, the main brake of which is hydraulic disc brake, the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake.
Features:
1. Adopts one time raising type, substructure, mast and all equipments are installed at low position, and raise the mast and substructure by the power from the winch.
2. Diesel engine and hydraulic coupling and transmission box make one intergral transportation unit. Which is installed on the transferring base. The whole chain box is installed directly on the rear substructure.
